Three (3) used Tradesman aluminum truck tool boxes.
Included:
- Two (2) 48-inch side-mount tool boxes
- One (1) 63-inch crossover tool box
These tool boxes were removed from a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. They feature aluminum diamond plate construction and are in good used condition with normal cosmetic wear from service. Lids open and close properly.
Condition:

Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency ****EXACT CHANGE****, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory).

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $25.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

****If the buyer fails to remove the asset(s) after 30 days, the asset(s) is considered abandoned, and the Township may move the item to another location and the buyer will be responsible for the costs to dismantle, transport and store the item(s). In such an event, the Township will not be responsible for any item(s) damaged by such removal.
If the buyer/bidder has not picked up their item(s) within 30 days after the sale date, the bidder shall be deemed to have ceded ownership to Braceville Township. Thereafter, the Township will dispose of the item(s) as the Township deems reasonable and retain any proceeds and/or payments there from.****

Braceville Township, OH makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
