INSPECTION: All bids submitted shall be deemed to have been made with full knowledge of all terms, conditions and requirements herein contained. The failure of any bidder to inspect, or to be fully informed as to the condition of all or any portion of the merchandise herein described, will not constitute grounds for any claim or demand for adjustment or withdrawal of a bid after offering.

REMOVAL: All items must be removed within 15 calendar days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Pick ups are to be scheduled. Pick up times are 8:00am - to 3:30pm, Monday - Friday (excluding university holidays). Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, unloading, and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the seller assume responsibility for packing, loading, unloading, shipping, or lining up the transportation of property. PLEASE CALL 24 – 48 hours IN ADVANCE TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR PICK-UP! A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 15 calendar days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
