2005 Dodge Magnum WAGON 4-DR, 3.5L V6 SOHC 24V. Automatic transmission, rear wheel drive. ran when it was impounded in September 2024. Has not been started since. Unknown if there are other maintenance issues.
Vehicle is sold As-Is, Where-Is with no warranty, either written or implied. Logan County highly recommends an in-person inspection prior to purchase. Inspections are by appointment only by contacting Shawn Mcintire at 937-592-5731.
After payment is completed you may schedule a time to pick up the title with David Henry, County Administrator, at 937-599-7283. No title or vehicle will be released prior to payment being completed in the GovDeals system. Valid state or federal government issued ID required.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
