There is an estimated 60,000 cubic yards of material in a stockpile resulting from the recent excavation of a retention pond. Bidder is responsible for verifying actual quantities.
Regarding the removal of fill material from the site, please be advised that the Buyer has a total of 90 days to complete the removal process. As part of this agreement, the Buyer is responsible for backdragging the site once all material has been cleared. Please note that the Buyer is also responsible for making all necessary arrangements and performing all work required for the loading and transportation of the spoil. St. John the Baptist Parish will not be providing any assistance or equipment with these operations.

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Inspections can be done at the specified location April 13, 2026 through April 16, 2026 9:00 A.M.- 2:00 P.M.

St. John the Baptist Parish Government, LA makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
