The owning agency contact listed above must be contacted at least 24 hours in advance to schedule pick-up of this asset.*** Up for auction is a Benwil 2-post 9,000 pound capacity frame lift, disassembled. The lift was recently removed from service in order to be replaced with a higher weight capacity lift. When assembled, the lift had a small hydraulic cylinder leak (photo #13). The date code of "J11 REV: 19" on the hydraulic pump seems to suggest the model year of this lift is 2011, but the model year is not verified. The Owning Agency States : The hydraulic fluid reservoir tank was broken during disassembly. When assembled, the lift had a small hydraulic cylinder leak (photo #13). Model year is unverified.

Customers can inspect the property only by appointment. All appointments should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance (Monday thru Friday).

PAYMENT

Note:
1. Payment is due before asset removal which is required within 10 (ten) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

If you are seeking sales tax removal, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). This must be completed before making payment. PICK UP DEADLINE:
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. A signed Bill of Sale will be required from the buyer prior to the pickup of any asset. Signatures can be given in person at our Tumwater location, or via AdobeSign.
A daily storage fee of $6.00 per pallet will be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
REMOVAL CONDITIONS
PICK UP BY AUTHORIZED PERSON ONLY
Asset will be released only to buyer or pre-authorized agent - in person.
Buyer may also have someone else pick up this item on their behalf. Individual is required to be specifically named to pick up on your behalf. An Authorization of Release must be signed by the buyer and emailed to SurplusCashier@des.wa.gov prior to pick up.
This asset will NOT be released to a freight carrier and NO preparation for freight is available.
NOTICE:
If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers TERMS AND CONDITIONS, as well as those specified in this listing, your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED. This specifically includes: Please note upon removal of the property, all sales are final. At time of signing the bill of sale, buyer is affirming: Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid. As a courtesy: In lieu of default, seller may consider cancelling sale of an asset upon mutually agreed terms with the buyer at a cost of 10% of the previous bid amount, as long as the asset has not been removed from premises.

All sales of surplus property are "as is," and the state takes no responsibility for and makes no guarantees with respect to items sold, provided that: the state shall make a statement of the condition of the merchandise, including major known defects, before sale. No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale.
Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (DES) Surplus Operations reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw from sale any of the items listed.
