Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
If you are the winning bidder on the item in this listing and plan to use a transport company for delivery, please do not schedule a pick-up with the transport company until after you have submitted a completed GOVDeals third party Authorization of Release form, all other required documentation, and been approved by an authorized agent of LRWRA to schedule the pick-up. If you do not follow this procedure, your item will not be released to the transport company. If the transport company changes, for any reason, prior to the pick-up, you must submit a new, completed GOVDeals third party Authorization of Release form that reflects the name of the current transport company you have contracted with for delivery of the item.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Note: Pickup times for auction items is 9:00AM to 11:00AM CST and 1:00PM to 3:00PM CST Monday through Friday.
