Hello Ms. Cooper. I was wondering about the condition of the 12 office chairs. I cannot see the chairs on the back row. I noticed that one chair on the front has a large tear, and I was wondering if any of the other chairs in the back had a tear on it. Also, do you know if the levers are working on the chairs? About half of them are in good condition. The others could be rated at fair to poor condition because of cosmetic damage. The levers work on most of them. At least one of them has a missing wheel. They are all useable. 02/18/2026 08:21:52 AM

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
