The item is at a secure location; and the proper arrangements must be made before one can inspect the item.

Paperwork must be completed before items can be picked up. PROPERTY MUST BE REMOVED BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! All property must be removed from this asset location within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Buyer must make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation. This also includes any arrangements made with a third party to pick up the merchandise. Use of any third party shipper is at the Buyer’s own risk. Mr. Howar must first approve any third party pick-ups, because there are special instructions that must be completed before release of any vehicle or asset. Merchandise may be removed from the location between the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Buyer must make an appointment with Mr. Howar prior to receipt of Bill of Sale during the hours of 10:00 a.m. - 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 10:00 a.m - 1 p.m on Friday, excluding legal holidays. Friday pick-ups will not be allowed for any Fire Department equipment. Buyers arriving without making an appointment may be turned away. Without an appointment, Buyers may be unable to complete this transaction.

The name of the GOVDEALS account holder may not be changed on the Bill of Sale upon picking up the Bill of Sale from the City.
