The lot is for a South Bend lathe. It works. Its 220 electric. The Lathe is bolted to the cabinet it sits on. Its very heavy. Please bring assistance to remove it. The item is at another location. We will meet at the warehouse at 164 north Grant St. and I will have you follow me to its location. Buyer is responsible for the removal and loading of the item. Are you asking if we would use a forklift to help load it? If that's what you are asking yes, we can. You have to let the person who schedules your pick up know that you are requesting a forklift. Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm. All items must be removed within fifteen (15) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the fifteen (15) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
