Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. Removal
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including disassembling, packing, loading and transportation of the property. County employees do not help in the removal of items. ***We do not ship.*** Property may be removed between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Please call 24 hours in advance to schedule a time for pick-up. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. Buyers and/or agents are responsible for all counts prior to removing asset(s) and will be required to sign document agreeing to verbiage prior to removing asset(s). No adjustments will be made after the asset(s) leave the premises when all sales are final.
