1983 Ford Econoline MOTORIZED CUTAWAY, 5.8L V8 OHV 16V. Old yellow aluminum stepvan, started with a Boost and was driven to 960 Main street Grafton Village Ohio 44044 on 8-18-2025 then parked. (Village Hall)

Van ran forward and reverse, brakes worked too. We did not try the parking brake. Engine seems to have a slight misfire in it and could use a tune up, but ran fine otherwise in my opinion. The steering rack seems super sloppy and at times I was not sure it was going to turn, so that is one thing that will need addressed before making any kind of high speed long trip. Tires should be replaced due to age and ware. This vehicle should be gone thru completely before attempting any long trip, once its in your name and insured, then its up to you. It has been driven aroud here for years.
Transmission is an automatic. Has heat, No air conditioning.
Scratches, dents dings and some holes in floor and body. Onboard battery charger and cord ejector, plus battery disconnect switch.
This van was bought new by the Grafton village firemens association and used with the fire dept to about 2016 or there about. it then was used by our village electrical dept until last year and parked oudoors.
some of the lettering has been removed and painted over using yellow paint.
vehicle is sold as is where is. clear Ohio title must be transferred into buyers name before vehicle can be removed from Village property unless you have a valid dealers licence.
