Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate,
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary for removal and transportation of the property, including loading equipment, labor, packing and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided by Seller. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
Buyer shall be responsible for all damages and injuries arising out of the removal and transportation of the property, including damages to property and personal injury. Seller expressly reserves the right to deny Buyer permission to remove any item in the event Seller determines that Buyer does not have adequate manpower or equipment to remove the property without risk of personal injury or property damage.
Conveyance:
As a condition of removal and sale of property, Buyer shall be required to execute a Bill of Sale prior to removal of the property. The Bill of Sale documents transfer of ownership to the Buyer, and provides that the conveyance is being made “as-is” without warranty of any kind. The Bill of Sale further provides that Buyer agrees to release and hold harmless the Seller from and against any and all claims that arise in connection with the property.
