All items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. All items are sold on an "as-is", "where- is" basis- there is no warranty on any item sold. Bidders are responsible for inspecting the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only. Please see the contact above to schedule an inspection.
Payment
Payment must be received within (7) calendar days from the Buyer Certificate from Govdeals.com and the removal of all items must be made within (7) calendar days from the Notice of Award. Payment hours will be as follows: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm [PT]. Payments will be accepted at our warehouse location 7835 Trade St. Ste.100 San Diego Ca. 92121. Contact phone is 858-534-2844. Admin Fee: An Admin Fee of 7.5% shall be added to the final sale price. Please note that if any auction item is lower than $67, GovDeals will issue a $5 Admin fee instead of the 7.5%. UC Regents may charge applicable sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of payment. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment. If the buyer presents a valid California reseller's permit at the time of purchase, California state sales tax can be waived. Upon receipt of award: Payment must be made by Cash (U. S. currency only), Credit Card, Cashier's Check, Certified Check made payable to UC Regents.
Removal
Pick up hours are by appointment only. The appointment must be made at least 24-48 hours in advance. The successful bidder will be responsible for the removal of the property within (7) calendar days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. UC San Diego Surplus Sales can assist with loading of the property if necessary. If the successful bidder won item(s) that require straps/ tie downs, they will have to bring their own to safely secure the item(s). UC San Diego Surplus Sales will NOT provide straps/ tie downs. The successful bidder will be responsible for the shipping arrangements be responsible for the shipping and packaging costs for the item(s), if necessary.

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are FINAL. Description Warranty: Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
