Condition: Used. Items are being sold "As Is." These items have been housed at a school. The surplus property office cannot warrant or guarantee current working condition. Items may be missing parts or need repairs. Only items described herein are included in the sale regardless of what else is pictured. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding. Pickup and inspection hours are Monday - Thursday, 8 am - 3 pm EST. Pickups and inspections can be scheduled by emailing Melinda Adams at least 48 hours in advance at Melinda.Adams@lcsd.k12.sc.us. Winning bidder must pay for and pick up assets within 10 days of auction close.

PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Removal
Removal. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See l instructions on each asset page for removal details. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

You may request a pickup date and time during normal business hours, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm, except for holidays and special summer hours.
