Pickup Location and Hours
Location: Virginia Beach, VA (Secure Facility – Restricted Access)
Pickup Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
Lunch Closure: No pickups from 11:30 AM–12:00 PM
All items must be removed early enough for all personnel and visitors to be offsite by 2:30 PM.
Before Pickup Is Scheduled
• Buyer must contact the listed representative
• Additional paperwork and required signatures must be completed
• Pickup will not be scheduled until all documentation is received and approved
Vehicle Condition and Removal
Vehicle has been sitting. Buyer should assume:
• Dead battery
• Flat or damaged tires
• No fuel
• Unknown mechanical condition beyond what is posted
No test drives, jump starts, fueling, air for tires, or on-site repairs allowed.
Buyer Must Be Prepared
• Buyer must bring all necessary equipment (tow truck, trailer, winch, etc.)
• No facility assistance will be provided (no loading help or equipment)
• Buyers arriving unprepared will not be accommodated and will be required to reschedule
Access and Scheduling Rules
• Pickup by appointment only (24-hour notice required)
• No weekend pickups
• Unscheduled arrivals will be denied entry
• Secure facility – all visitors must be escorted
Failure to follow these requirements may result in forfeiture.

SALES TAX

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.
Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
