Description

Lot of nine (9) decorative architectural glass panels in assorted styles and sizes. This lot includes clear textured, frosted textured, plain clear, and mirrored glass panels suitable for decorative, architectural, cabinet, furniture, art, display, or other creative projects.

Contents include:
• (3) Clear textured/rippled glass panels, approximately 60" H x 40" W x 1/4" thick. Some adhesive and/or paint residue is present.
• (3) Frosted textured glass panels, approximately 30" H x 40" W x 1/4" thick
Frosted on one side and smooth on the reverse, some adhesive and/or paint residue is present
• (1) Plain clear glass panel, approximately 20" H x 40" W x 1/4" thick
• (2) Mirror panels, approximately 20" H x 30" W x 1/4" thick
Minor blemishes are present in the mirror backing, reverse sides have been painted

• All dimensions are approximate.

These panels are large, heavy, and fragile. Buyer is responsible for bringing adequate manpower, packing materials, and a suitable vehicle to safely remove and transport the glass. No loading assistance or equipment will be provided by the City.

Photos are part of the description. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the items prior to bidding by appointment. Item is located at Lewiston City Hall, 1134 F St., Lewiston, Idaho.

Buyer is solely responsible for all arrangements for removal, transport, packing, and shipping, if necessary. The City will not provide assistance, equipment, or guidance for removal of items, and will not pack or ship items, even with a prepaid shipping label.
All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to condition, functionality, or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidders are encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding. Inspections shall be by appointment only.
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be permitted.
Buyer assumes all risk of loss and responsibility for the item(s) upon payment. Buyer is responsible for any and all damage to City property or facilities, and for any personal injury or property damage that may occur, during inspection, pickup, or removal of items.
Items must be paid for and removed within ten (10) business days of auction end, unless prior arrangements are approved by the City. The City reserves the right to cancel the sale and relist any items not paid for and removed within this timeframe. Pickup shall be by appointment only, Monday through Friday during normal business hours unless otherwise stated.
Buyer is responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase, removal, transport, and use of the item(s).

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

Removal

Removal. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful buyers are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See instructions on each auction page for complete removal details. A daily storage fee of $25.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Lewiston, ID makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
