VEHICLE REMOVAL NOTICE:
These vehicles have been sitting for an extended period. Buyer should assume:
• Dead battery
• Flat/damaged tires
• No fuel
• Unknown mechanical condition
NO test drives, jump starts, fueling, air for tires, or on-site repairs allowed. Buyer must bring appropriate equipment (tow truck, winch, etc.) to safely remove the vehicle.
REMOVAL TERMS – READ CAREFULLY:
• Pickup by appointment only – 24-hour advance notice required
• NO weekend pickups – Monday to Friday during business hours only
• Unscheduled arrivals will be denied entry
• Secure facility – all visitors must be escorted
BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Buyer is responsible for all removal efforts, including labor, equipment, tools, loading, and transport.
NO assistance will be provided by facility staff – no dollies, forklifts, or loading help.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in forfeiture. Do not bid if you cannot meet these requirements.

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.
Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
