Aircraft is being reauctioned as the initial listing high bidder defaulted.
Aircraft is in excellent condition with a total of 713 hours.
Our County Sheriff’s Department is the original owner.
Meticulously maintained by Chesapeake Sport Pilot certified mechanics in Stevensville, Maryland.
All logbooks are accounted for and up to date as well as receipts for all work performed.
In 2014 at 451 hours, the original 912 Rotax ULS engine was replaced with the more powerful 914 Rotax 115 horsepower turbo engine (see attachment with engine specs). The new engine only has 262 hours on it. Engine rubber replacement was performed in 2021.
Aircraft has always been housed in an indoor hanger.
Helmets are included in the sale.
Aircraft is owned outright by sheriff’s department, no liens.
Queen Anne's County Sheriff lettering and the Queen Anne's County logo will be removed from the aircraft.
This gyroplane has an in-flight adjustable propeller.
It is our understanding that operator will need to have a private pilot license or higher to operate aircraft. Interested parties should explore any and all necessary certifications to operate this aircraft based on this information.
Also, aircraft was used under ‘public use’ category that did not require an airworthiness certificate.
Buyer will have to obtain airworthiness certificate.
This aircraft is registered through the FAA.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
