Truck runs, drives, and shifts as it should. The 4X4 works and the truck has cold A/C and hot heat. The body and interior are in good shape, but the service bed does have slight damage (see pictures) all of the doors still function as they should with no issues. Drivers seat has a minor tear on the side of the bottom cushion as well. Truck comes as shown with the tool box in the street side horizontal compartment. Tires are 25-30%. Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
Under no circumstances will City of Saint Peters assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
