All property is offered for sale AS IS. Oldsmar, FL makes no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.
Assets are sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
No assistance will be provided in loading or transporting the items. Pick up between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the Oldsmar Sports Complex. Appointment for pick-up must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Items must be removed by March 30, 2026.

PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 5 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
