Two Large US Cooler Walk in Units. We have built a new building with a new kitchen, and these are no longer necessary.
Walk in Cooler 1 is Non-Functional at this time. The manufacturer is US Cooler. Dimensions are 132" x 86".
Walk in Cooler/Freezer 2 is fully operational. Cooler is 94" x 192", Freezer is 94" x 158".
Winning bidder must take both units. Items must be removed in a timely manner at an agreed upon time with seller.
We are unable to offer assistance with removal or transport of these items. Inspection will be offered on Wednesday, January 7 between the hours of 1-3PM. Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
