This auction is located on Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM).
BASE ACCESS: Buyers who do not have authorized installation access may be sponsored onto JBLM for pickup, provided they meet all installation access requirements.
BUYERS REQUIRING BASE ACCESS OR SPONSORSHIP MUST CONTACT THE POC PRIOR TO SCHEDULING A PICKUP APPOINTMENT. The POC will provide instructions and coordinate installation access.
PICKUP IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. After payment is completed, your Bill of Sale will be emailed to you. Open the Bill of Sale attachment and scroll to the bottom of the page. CLICK THE BLUE "CALENDAR LINK" to select an available pickup date and time.
Pickup hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM -2:00 PM Pacific Time, excluding federal holidays.
BASE ACCESS REQUIREMENTS: Non-DoD visitors must meet JBLM installation access requirements. All occupants of the vehicles must present REAL ID-compliant identification, an Enhanced Driver's License (EDL), or a valid passport. Current vehicle registration and proof of insurance are also required. All personnel entering the installation are subject to applicable background checks and access requirements.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pickup/removal, including packing, loading, labor, equipment, and transportation.
All items must be picked up/removed within 10 business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. Items not removed within the allotted timeframe may be declared abandoned.
At pickup, buyers must present a copy of their Buyer's Certificate/Bill of Sale and valid photo identification. Additional documentation, such as an Authorization of Release, may be required when applicable.
