2009 Chevrolet Impala LT SEDAN 4-DR, 3.9L V6.
Vehicle was started on 08/18/2025 with a boost and jumper cables. The vehicle was pulled forward to take pictures, and then backed back into its parking spot.

This vehicle was a *NARCOTICS SEIZURE* in 2023, by the Germantown Police Department. It has been sitting in impound and is being Sold AS IS \ WHERE IS. It was running and being driven at the time of the seizure.
The vehicle is equipped with a gas engine, an automatic transmission; condition unknown, AC; condition unknown. Starts with a very strong boost but will need a new battery. There are minor dents, scratches and dings on the white exterior. The black leather interior has wear and tear on the driver and passenger seats. The tire condition is fair. The vehicle has a stock radio, cruise control, tilt steering, remote mirrors, power steering, door locks, seats and windows; condition unknown. The vehicle's interior needs to be deep cleaned, due to mold and/or mildew in the vehicle. The vehicle is in rough condition.
Car Fax Report will not be provided on this vehicle by the Germantown Police Department.

No Title for this vehicle. The Court Order and the Bill of Sale will be provided to the Buyer. Removal
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
