- The seller retains a signed Bill of Sale, a copy of the buyer’s identification, a copy of the clean title, and an authorization for release.
- The buyer will receive a copy of the Bill of Sale, the clean title, and the purchased asset.
- The vehicle title will be mailed to the buyer’s name listed on the GovDeals account.
