Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only. Please use the 'Ask a Question' feature to schedule an appointment for Inspection. The seller shall not be held liable for any inconsistencies or defects that are not explicitly stated in the seller's description. Therefore, it is advisable for buyers to conduct their own inspections prior to placing bids on the items. By submitting a bid, you acknowledge and accept all associated liabilities as well as the terms and conditions of the sale. Furthermore, the seller will not be responsible for issues such as flat tires, warning lights on the dashboard, paint imperfections, wiring or electrical problems, transmission difficulties, and engine malfunctions. All items are sold in their current condition, without any warranty or guarantee.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED, and the buyer will be responsible for 40% of the total amount that is defaulted.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Liquidity Services - NAFLM makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for missed description must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Georgia Buyers that are NOT Motor Vehicle Dealers cannot bid on this unit
