This lot includes two framed original pieces by artist Calabria:

One (1) watercolor

Both pieces show water damage along the bottom edges
Poor condition overall – potential issues with matting, paper warping, and frame integrity
Ideal for restoration, repurposing, or art salvage projects

Removal
Most removals are with a prior-arranged appointment during business hours excluding holiday's and weekends. See Details in Long Description. Each location has different hours and/ or requirements and/or contacts.
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. ITEMS AUCTIONED ARE FOR PICKUP ONLY. PACKAGING AND SHIPPING ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
