This vehicle was a *NARCOTICS SEIZURE* in April 2025, by the Germantown Police Department. It has been sitting in impound and is being Sold AS IS \ WHERE IS. It was running and being driven at the time of the seizure.
The vehicle is equipped with a gas engine, an automatic transmission; condition unknown, AC; blows very cold. It starts on its own. There are minor dents, scratches and dings on the exterior. The black cloth interior has mold/mildew. The tire condition is ok. The vehicle has a stock radio, cruise control, tilt steering, remote mirrors, power steering, door locks, seats and windows. The vehicle's interior needs to be cleaned, due to mold and/or mildew in the vehicle. It comes with one key fob.
Car Fax Report will not be provided on this vehicle by the Germantown Police Department.

No Title for this vehicle. The Court Order and the Bill of Sale will be provided to the Buyer. Removal
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
