Up for auction by the City of Elyria is a 2023 FRD Furukawa FX125 TLB Hydraulic Breaker. The City of Elyria purchased the Breaker in July of 2023 and it was utilized by the Water Distribution Department for the entirety of its service life. The Breaker was removed from service in September of 2025 because the tool did not fit the needs of the Water Distribution Department. At the time of removal the Breaker operated and functioned as if should.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. ALL VEHICLES SOLD BY POLICE DEPARTMENT WITH A SALVAGED TITLE WILL NEED TO BE TOWED OUT FOR REMOVAL
