Payment

Removal

REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS

SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up and removal, including packing, loading, transportation, and exporting. Shipping services are not provided by the seller.

Item should be preferably shipped. If you are sending a third-party driver or transport company for pickup, you must send an Authorization Letter in advance authorizing them to act on your behalf.

Important: No items are allowed to be driven away from the lot. All vehicles and equipment must be towed or transported via trailer. Driving the vehicle off-site is strictly prohibited, regardless of its condition.

Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked up or removed within 10 business days of the auction closing, unless otherwise stated in the item description. Items not removed within this timeframe may be considered abandoned.

At the time of removal, you must present:

  • A copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or Bill of Sale
  • A valid driver’s license
  • If applicable, a completed Authorization of Release form: Authorization Form PDF
