Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS. NO REFUNDS. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the dates and times indicated in the item description.

ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. ***The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided.***
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Those purchasing vehicles are responsible for providing all tools, carriers, mechanics, etc. necessary to transport the vehicle. Under no circumstances will the City of Clarksville Gas and Water department assume any responsibility for packing loading and shipping.Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00 A.M. AND 3:00 P.M.(CST).

Items not picked up within 30 days will be considered abandoned property and sold to recover storage costs. In addition the original purchase amount received will NOT be refunded.
