This listing is for a 1997 BAE Systems M1078 LMTV (Light Medium Tactical Vehicle) – Military Surplus.

This 4×4 diesel cargo truck was acquired through the Law Enforcement Support Office (LESO) and used by the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office for limited departmental transport. The vehicle has been stored outdoors and is being sold as is, where is.

The truck is powered by a CAT 3116 6-cylinder diesel engine mated to an Allison automatic transmission. The odometer currently shows 3,936 miles (believed original). The truck started and ran when parked, but has not been recently operated or road-tested.

The cargo bed, tailgate, and frame are in good structural condition, showing only minor surface rust and paint wear typical of outdoor storage. Tires are intact with moderate tread, and the interior is complete and clean with a two-seat bench.

Removal


ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
