Up for auction by the City of Elyria is a used Western 8' Snow Plow (IBM #1623). Unit was purchased new by the City of Elyria and utilized by the City of Elyria Parks and Recreation Department for its entire service life. Unit was removed from service in January of 2026 due to equipment rotation. Snow Plow was removed from a 2008 Ford F250 Super Duty. At the time of removal, plow functioned as it should.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. ALL VEHICLES SOLD BY POLICE DEPARTMENT WITH A SALVAGED TITLE WILL NEED TO BE TOWED OUT FOR REMOVAL
