There is no physical title, but we will provide DMV documents for the winning bidder to transfer title.
Out of state buyers beware, we only provide California DMV documents. Check with your local DMV to make sure they will be accepted before bidding.
All DMV fees and smog are the buyer's responsibility.
This is not part of our county fleet, this was a private owned vehicle, and we have no history or maintenance records.

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Due to time restraints, there will be no inspections of property. We take detailed pictures to give bidders the best idea as to condition of the property. If you have any questions, we are available via email only. Calls to our office will not be returned, as we are usually out in the field.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance. All items must be picked up in one visit. We do not allow multiple trips to pick up items. Please plan accordingly. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
