NOTE: Large/heavy item(s)!!! Buyer shall bring the necessary manpower and appropriate vehicle to remove and load all property awarded. Under no circumstances will the City and County of Denver assume responsibility for packing or loading.
NOTE: Buyer must bring a non-enclosed trailer for loading. Trailer must be dock height (29.5"). If trailer is not dock height removal will be rejected.
City and County of Denver able to assist with loading. Buyer must bring manpower, furniture dollies, and straps.

Removal
Removal hours are from 8 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.The Bill of Sale must be presented at time of pick-up. No exceptions! Buyer/Transport Company will be turned away if the Bill of Sale has not been presented.
Buyer shall remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. If the Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified time, the City and County of Denver reserves the right (1) to retain any and all payments; and (2) to dispose of the item as deemed desirable by the agency.Successful bidders shall be responsible for the loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located, as indicated on the website and in the Notice of Award. The Buyer shall make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the City and County of Denver assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Loading and transportation of all purchased items is strictly the buyer's responsibility. No service of any kind will be furnished by the City.
A daily storage fee of $50.00 will be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
