7’-6” x 17’-8” tandem axle trailer, with ramp tailgate. The unit has a broken spindle on one axle (pictured) and is currently on only one axle. The trailer has cracked welds on tongue area and has been repaired and repainted previously which caused any identification tags/stickers to be lost. The trailer has a pintle eye style coupler. The trailer will need to be hauled on another trailer as it has been deemed not road worthy until repaired. The trailer is auctioned with pieces pictured and is auctioned As/Is. Trailer has no title and will be auctioned with bill of sale.
The unit is auctioned as/is and was not inspected previous to auction. City staff will not be available to help load/move/transport any auctioned items. Buyers will be entirely responsible for the removal of purchased goods. The City of Bay City does NOT ship any auction items.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
