Buyer may either pick up title from the City facility where titles are stored OR the City will send by FedEx. No Exceptions. Titles will NOT be released until after removal. No Exceptions.
Removal, loading, and transportation of all purchased items is strictly the buyer's responsibility. No removal assistance of any kind will be furnished by the City and County of Denver. If item is to be shipped, buyer must provide the City an “Authorization of Release” document.
Removal is by appointment only, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.

Removal

Buyer shall remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. If Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified timeframe, the City and County of Denver reserves the right (1) to retain any and all payments; and (2) to dispose of the item as deemed desirable by the agency.
Buyer shall be responsible for the loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located, as indicated on the website and in the Notice of Award. Buyer shall make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the City and County of Denver assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Loading and transportation of all purchased items is strictly the buyer's responsibility. No service of any kind will be furnished by the City.

A daily storage fee of $100.00 will be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
