City decals may be removed. Impressions may remain.
NOTE: Please be aware that title will NOT be provided at time of removal. No Exceptions. Vehicle titles are stored at a separate location. Buyer may either pick up title from the City facility where titles are stored OR the City will send by FedEx. No Exceptions. Titles will NOT be released until after removal. No Exceptions.
Removal, loading, and transportation of all purchased items is strictly the buyer's responsibility. No removal assistance of any kind will be furnished by the City and County of Denver. If item is to be shipped, buyer must provide the City an “Authorization of Release” document.
Removal is by appointment only, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.

Removal appointments per auction item shall be limited to two. If after two removal appointments, buyer and/or transport company has failed to remove auction item from City property, buyer will be defaulted, and the City and County of Denver will retain auction item. No exceptions!!!
Payment must be made within five (5) business days of close of auction. Removal must be made within ten (10) business days of close of auction. No exceptions!!! If you do not abide by these terms your account with GovDeals will be locked!!!

Buyer shall remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. If Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified timeframe, the City and County of Denver reserves the right (1) to retain any and all payments; and (2) to dispose of the item as deemed desirable by the agency.
Buyer shall be responsible for the loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located, as indicated on the website and in the Notice of Award. Buyer shall make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the City and County of Denver assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Loading and transportation of all purchased items is strictly the buyer's responsibility. No service of any kind will be furnished by the City.
