Description

Hobart Dishwasher Unit with booster heater. Model C44A. Condition: used. Sold "As Is." This dishwasher has recently been removed from a school cafeteria and has been sitting outside for a few weeks. This item is in need of unknown repairs and parts may be missing. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding. Only items described herein are included in the sale regardless of what else is pictured. Winning bidder must pay for and pick up asset within 10 days of auction close. Bidders must contact Melinda Adams to schedule pickup or inspection at least 48 hours in advance at Melinda.Adams@lcsd.k12.sc.us. Inspection and pick up times are Mon-Thurs from 8:00am - 3:00pm EST. The seller will assist in loading this item by forklift only. Our schools and offices will be closed April 6-10, 2026 for Spring Break. No inspections or pick-ups will be scheduled during this time.

TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS



TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.


TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to GovDeals Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact GovDeals Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.


Removal

Removal. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See instructions on each asset page for removal details. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

You may request a pickup date and time during normal business hours, Monday through Thursday, 8 am - 3:00 pm, except for holidays and special summer hours.
