This unit was driven to our storage facility and parked. We have no history, nor were we told that it has issues. If there were known issues, we would have listed them. The Division of Surplus Properties (DSP) has not inspected the condition or roadworthiness of this vehicle or equipment and does not know the vehicle or equipment's history. We do not guarantee any components or parts' condition, completeness, or functionality. The surplus agency has provided all known information. DSP makes no claims to the accuracy of the information supplied. However, we strongly encourage potential bidders to take advantage of the opportunity to review the photos and inspect the vehicle and equipment before bidding. Our viewing days are Monday, May 4, Tuesday, May 5, and Wednesday, May 6, 2026. Time: 8 am to 3 pm. * * * We do not guarantee roadworthiness or drivability. All items must be picked-up / removed within 7 (seven) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description.
PICK UP CAN BE SCHEDULED 7AM TO 3PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
