Some uses: Emergency Situations (home or anywhere), Pontoons (They float and are very buoyant with air), Anchor Weights (to hold down things that need to be weighted, i.e., tents, canopies), Base Camps & More
These are unused. Military Issued. They have been stored in wooden crates outdoors. There might be spots on them from rainwater seeping through the crates. They are functional. They have been filled with air to test leakage. Comes with a water valve and D-rings on each end. Made of heavy-duty Zodiac and Avalon Boat material. Very durable and hard to puncture.

Payment methods for AllSurplus Auctions are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express*, Discover) only. * American Express is not available for buyers on probation. Real Estate property requires a wire transfer payment only. PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
