The seller makes no representation as to the condition, operability, safety, or fitness of the property for any use. Items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Inspections: Bidders are encouraged to inspect all property prior to bidding. Inspections are by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance using the “Ask a Question” feature or by contacting the seller. Final Sale: All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or adjustments will be made after the auction closes. Bidders are responsible for performing due diligence and verifying condition before placing a bid. Pickup: The successful bidder must present proof of payment at the time of pickup. Appointments for pickup must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Additional Notice: Vehicles may contain or display decals, adhesive residue, paint marks, or impressions from decal removal. The seller is not responsible for conditions such as dead batteries, low tire pressure, warning lights, dirty interiors, or missing manuals. By submitting a bid, the bidder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions of this sale.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
