Kubota L185 diesel tractor with attached Woods RB72 rear blade. Unit shows visible wear consistent with age and use.
Manufacturer decals indicate **Kubota L185** model with **Diesel** engine. Tractor is equipped with a **rear 3-point hitch** and a **Woods RB72 rear blade attachment**.
The rear blade shows surface rust, scratches, and paint wear. Tractor body panels also show paint wear, rust, and cosmetic damage.
Rear fenders show significant rust and deterioration including rusted-through areas and broken sections. Seat is present but shows visible wear and indentations.
Rear tires appear mismatched. One rear tire shows visible tread with **Carlisle Turf-Pro** branding on the sidewall. The other rear tire shows heavier wear. Front tires are marked **F-2** and appear worn.
Dashboard includes a gauge cluster and hour meter. The **hour meter reads approximately 1,112.5 hours**, but this can not be verified and actual operating hours are unknown.
Engine components, filters, exhaust, and mechanical linkages are visible. An opening is present on the top of the hood where a cap or cover appears to be missing. Steering wheel center cap appears missing. The hinge for the hood is broken and will need to be repaired or modified as it will not support the hood in the open position.
Overall condition appears used with visible rust, wear, and cosmetic damage. Operational condition is unknown. See photos for additional details regarding condition and included components.

Removal
The bidder shall assume all responsibility for the packaging, crating, loading, weighing,or hauling unless otherwise indicated. Successful bidders(Buyer) are responsible for all pickup arrangements and will perform all work necessary including packing, loading, and transportation of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday,
excluding legal holidays unless other arrangements are made. Buyer must contact Bobby Loveland at 804-246-3974 at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a time and date for pick-up.
The successful bidder must assume all liability that may be incurred in connection with the removal of the property from the premises. If the purchaser does not remove the property purchased within the specified number of days after date of the award, the County of Henrico reserves the right to default the bidder and re-auction the property.
**The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.** If using a 3rd-Party agent, the Buyer must provide agent with a faxed copy including their signed authorization to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent for pick-up.
