There will be NO help on site! BUYER MUST PROVIDE ALL RESOURCES AND MATERIALS to remove the items. Items are HEAVY and may require disassembly. The items may be bolted in some areas and may be welded in others. Access for removal is thru a 35" passage door.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: A 24 hour notice is required to make arrangements for the pickup of the property. Failure to provide this required notice may result in the buyer not being able to take possession of the property. If the buyer chooses to have items shipped, Henrico County will not assume responsibility for packaging or arranging a carrier, and a Third Party Release Authorization is REQUIRED prior to pickup. All purchases must be removed within 10 business days of the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate.

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.The bidder shall assume all responsibility for the packaging, crating, loading, weighing,or hauling unless otherwise indicated. Successful bidders(Buyer) are responsible for all pickup arrangements and will perform all work necessary including packing, loading, and transportation of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday of the week indicated,
excluding legal holidays unless other arrangements are made. Buyer must contact Ted Hodson at (804)957-1456 at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a time and date for pick-up.
The successful bidder must assume all liability that may be incurred in connection with the removal of the property from the premises. If the purchaser does not remove the property purchased within the specified number of days after date of the award, the County of Henrico reserves the right to default the bidder and re-auction the property.
**The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.** If using a 3rd-Party agent, the Buyer must provide agent with a faxed copy including their signed authorization to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent for pick-up.
