88" Aluminum Pickup/Service Truck Tool Box

Description:
Aluminum diamond plate cross-bed style tool box/storage box.

Approximate overall measurements:
88" long
12" deep at base
8" deep at top
22" tall including base supports

Box has dual top compartments and lower storage compartments. Gas struts are present on the upper lids. Multiple latch/lock housings are installed. “UNIQUE” brand badge is present.

Visible condition issues include dirt, debris, staining, oxidation, and general cosmetic wear from use and outdoor storage. Interior compartments show dirt and residue. Some hardware shows rust/corrosion. Mounting holes are visible on the rear side. Wood blocking shown in photos is not assumed to be original. Keys are not included. Doors do latch shut.

Working condition unknown.

The asset is sold "As is, Where is." The item is located at ground level. Buyer is responsible for loading.

portion thereof may not be withdrawn prior to the sale. Bidders are invited and urged to inspect the property before

no circumstances will a refund or adjustment be made because property not coming up to the standard expected,
nor will failure to inspect be considered grounds for such claim.

PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

SALES TAX

Removal

The bidder shall assume all responsibility for the packaging, crating, loading, weighing,or hauling unless otherwise indicated. Successful bidders(Buyer) are responsible for all pickup arrangements and will perform all work necessary including packing, loading, and transportation of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday,
excluding legal holidays unless other arrangements are made. Buyer must contact Bobby Loveland at 804-246-3974 at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a time and date for pick-up.
The successful bidder must assume all liability that may be incurred in connection with the removal of the property from the premises. If the purchaser does not remove the property purchased within the specified number of days after date of the award, the County of Henrico reserves the right to default the bidder and re-auction the property.

**The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.** If using a 3rd-Party agent, the Buyer must provide agent with a faxed copy including their signed authorization to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent for pick-up.

All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for incorrect description must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
