2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

To pick up auction items of which you have the winning bid, please email the warehouse at FASWARE@seattle.gov to schedule an appointment referencing your winning lot number. We do not accept unscheduled walk ups, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you choose to use a shipping agency or have ANY third-party pick up the auction items, you MUST submit a ‘Authorization of Release’ form prior to scheduling an appointment. If the ‘Authorization of Release’ has not been submitted, the items will not be released to anyone but the listed buyer. We do not provide any shipping services, this includes providing boxes, bubble wrap, tape, or additional pallets (if the items are not already on a pallet). ONCE THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLERS LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.



All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment, at scheduled date of pick up with a valid ID, and the “Authorization of Release’ Form if using a third party to pick up items. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.

Special Instructions

If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED. Guaranty Waiver: All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential. Description Warranty: Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and a refund will be issued. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
