This is a bumper that came off a 1997 GMC 4500. Not damaged, just took off to put on a post driver on the front of the truck.

Inspection

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Property may be inspected between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 3:00p.m. , Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.

Payment

The Buyer’s Certificate will contain information to schedule payment & removal. Payment in full is due not later than 5 working days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Payment shall be in the form of: · U.S. Currency · Cashier’s Check · Certified Check · Traveler’s Checks · Company Check (with Bank letter guaranteeing payment – mandatory). Checks shall be made payable to: Limestone County Commission. Payments shall be made at Commission offices – 310 W. Washington Street, Athens, AL 35611 – as noted in the Buyer’s Certificate.

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 working days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Limestone County Commission assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Please contact in advance to schedule time for pick-up.
