Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the County's approval.*** A 7.5% surcharge will be added to all purchases made. The surcharge is the cost to the County for utilization of the third party web provider. The buyer shall add and include these additional fees when making payment to the County. Buyers Final Auction Cost = Auction Cost + 7.5% Surcharge. Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: Certified Cashiers Check, Treasurer’s Check, or Money Order. Checks shall be made payable to: County of Bucks.
Removal

A daily storage fee of $25.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.
