Yamaha Concert Grand Piano. The main issue is that the piano no longer holds a tune. It can be tuned, and has been tuned recently, but upon playing it, it only holds tune for a period of time before it goes out again. The wheels have been replaced within the last year, and the strings were replaced recently in an attempt to tune it again. Overall, the body is in good condition and has been upkept and used just this week. The cost of having to constantly tune it and maintain has outweighed the need of keeping it.
All buyers are responsible for pick up within 30 days of winning the asset as we need to make room for new one that will be taking its place, so the sooner the better that it's gone.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
