Removal
Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Please contact us either by phone or email to jennifer.swann@okc.gov to schedule pickup.
Pickup will be by appointment only. Pickup hours will be 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.Monday through Friday.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.

You must bring to the pick-up location (1) Bill of Sale (2) personal identification (such as a Driver's License). You must present both identification items at the scheduled pick-up, or the auction item(s) will not be released to you., If you are sending a third party to pick up the item/s this for must be completed and presented at pick up by the third party.Authorization of Release
