This vehicle was processed as an abandoned vehicle under Virginia Code procedures and is being sold as-is, where-is with no keys, no guarantee of condition, and no implied warranties. A VSA-40, (Vehicle Removal Certificate), will be provided to the successful buyer to enable titling through the Virginia DMV.

The vehicle’s VIN is WDBWK54F76F085374, and the odometer reading is unknown. The vehicle does not currently run and will require towing or transport at the buyer’s expense. The engine and transmission are in unknown condition. Exterior shows front-end and door damage along with general wear from long-term outdoor storage. Interior condition is poor, with visible wear on seats.

This vehicle was located on County property and had no contact from the registered owner during the statutory holding period. No additional equipment, maintenance records, or accessories are included. What you see is what you get. Buyer should assume repairs or parts salvage will be necessary prior to use.

Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Check out the "Map to this location" at the bottom of each item for exact Google directions to the location. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
