Removal
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for the loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. Loading, shipping, etc. are the responsibility of the bidder and help will not be available. NO WORK MAY BE PERFORMED ON THE VEHICLE WHILE IT IS ON OUR LOT. Once payment has been made, you must contact us to make an appointment to pick up your vehicle. Bidders showing up unannounced to pick up a vehicle run the risk of not being able to retrieve your vehicle that day. This applies to local sales as well as sales from out of town bidders. Bidders must notify us in advance if a transport company is being used to pick up their vehicle, fill out the proper paperwork, and supply us with the name of the transport company. Bidders also need to make the transport company aware of the requirement to make an appointment for pick up. If the transport company fails to make an appointment for the pick-up of the vehicle, they run the risk of not being able to retrieve your vehicle that day. A daily storage fee of $10.00 will be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
